Privacy policy

When you register for an event, SpeakUP Mongolia uses the details you give us (name, phone, email, age, school, team details) only to organise that event and to contact you about it.

Who can see it?

Only authorised SpeakUP Mongolia admins and editors, who sign in with a one-time code sent to their email. We never sell or share your details with third parties.

How long do we keep it?

Registration details are deleted automatically 6 months after the event ends.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. To stop spam we briefly keep a one-way hash of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address.

To see, correct or delete your details, contact [EMAIL] or Instagram @speakup_mongolia.

Participants under 18 should register with the consent of a parent or guardian.
