SpeakUP Mongolia is a youth-led organization that hosts debate, mock trial, TEDx and Model United Nations conferences, and organizes volunteer work for students to take part in free-speech campaigns and programs, and to protect the environment.
Every young person has something to say. We just hand them the stage, the mic and the confidence.
SpeakUP Mongolia was established by founder Manlai Orgil, alongside co-founders Khulan Bayaraa and Erkhembileg Javkhlan. The organization was created with the mission of empowering young people and ensuring that students have a platform to voice their opinions on issues affecting their local communities, the nation as a whole, and the wider world.
On August 15–16, 2026, our organization successfully hosted SUMUN 2026 at the Independence Palace of Mongolia. The two-day conference brought together approximately 150 participants, including delegates, committee chairs, staff members, and organizers, providing a platform for meaningful debate, diplomacy, and youth engagement.
To empower young people by providing a platform for their voices to be heard and encouraging them to engage with issues affecting their communities, nation, and the world.
To cultivate a generation of confident, responsible, and influential young leaders who drive positive change in society through dialogue, diplomacy, and action.
